Late Victorian silver plate epergne, made by James Dixon & Sons of Sheffield, England, circa 1890.  Both the upper and lower bowls have a gadroon trimmed undulating rim, rising from a trefoil base; graceful and elegant!

16 3/4” (42.5cm) high, 10 1/4” (26cm) diameter.
