Champleve enamel bronze tazza with hand painted and signed enamel insert.  The courting scene depicted in the insert is in a romanticized 18th century manner.

The top of the tazza rises from a champleve enamelled ball supported by a tripod base terminating in dragons.  French 19th century.

6” (15.2cm) high, 12 1/2” (31.7cm) diameter.

The internal enamel insert is 6 3/4” (17.2cm).
