Vintage tole three tier folding stand / shelf, made in Italy, 20th century.  The tole (painted tin) stand and frame are decorated with French 18th century style floral basket motifs, black on light green  The trays can be used independently and the frame folds down for easy storage.  

Signed: Made in Italy”.  With minor wear to the finish, consistent with age and use.
