Edwardian era sterling silver capstan inkwell and stamp box, hallmarked Birmingham 1910.  The unique design incorporates a stamp compartment into the cover of the inkwell.  The makers mark is not discernible.  Wear consistent with age and use.

The inkwell has the original presentation engraving:
