Victorian era scent bottle with English sterling silver mounts, hallmarked Birmingham 1897.   The Bohemian cobalt blue cut to clear crystal scent bottle has a press fit sterling silver top, repose decorated with a gold washed interior.  From the silversmith firm of G E Walton & Co Ltd (George Edwin Walton) of Hylton Street Birmingham and Hatton Garden London, in business circa 1888-1913.

6 3/4” (17.2cm) high, 3” (7.6cm) diameter at the widest.
