English Art Nouveau sterling silver picture frame, hallmarked Birmingham 1909.  From the silversmith firm of W.J. Myatt & Co. of Graham Street and Frederick Street, Birmingham, England, in business circa 1900-1946.  The overall design of the frame is Art Nouveau, with the addition of garlands of bellflowers held up by bows.  There is ample room for monograms or a presentation engraving.  The picture frame is in good condition with a restored dark blue velvet back.

Overall dimensions are 6 1/4” (15.9cm) high by 5 3/4” (14.6cm) wide.

The internal frame dimension is 3 1/2” (8.9cm).
