Vintage silver plate floral centrepiece bowl, with a decorative pierced grate / frog.  Made by the Derby Silver Plate Co., a division of International Silver Co., circa 1920s.  Made in Derby, Connecticut.  The wide rim is highly decorated with panels of agricultural scenes between stylized scrolling of flowers, vines and birds and the hexagonal pedestal foot is similarly decorated.  The pedestal bowl can also be used for potpourri and without the grate for fruit, grapes or pillar candles.

12” (30.5cm) diameter, 6” (15.2cm) high.
