Mid-Century Modern Cohr sterling silver “Trinita” pattern crudite set.  Designed by Hjordis Haugaard in 1960 to commemorate Cohr’s 100th anniversary.  A very elegant way to serve your pre-dinner knibbles!

5 3/4” to 6 1/8” (14.6cm to 15.4cm) in length.

* Hjordis Haugaard (1931-2010) was trained as a goldsmith at Guldsmedehojskolen (Goldsmiths College) in Copenhagen, Denmark 1955-57 while working for Georg Jensen.  She moved to Jutland to work at Cohr, 1957-62 before establishing her own workshop in collaboration with her husband Sven Haugaard (born 1933).

** Cohr silver was established in 1860 by the silversmith Ditlev Madsen Cohr (1829-83) in Frederica, Denmark.  The company was in business until 1987.
