Georg Jensen sterling silver “Beaded” pattern two piece poultry carving set.  The Beaded pattern was designed by Jensen in 1916 and has remained a classic favourite ever since.  The carving fork and knife handles are sterling silver and the blade and fork tines are stainless steel.

Both the carving fork and knife have the three tower mark above 26, for 1926 and the large capital letter H with a C above and a F below is the stamp of Christian F. Heise, the Danish Assay Master for 1904-32.  The carving set is further hallmarked with English import marks for London 1926.  

The fork is 9” (22.9cm) long.

The knife is 10 1/4” (26cm) long.
