Edwardian Sterling Silver Christening Cup Dated 1910

Product Details

Edwardian English sterling silver Christening cup, hallmarked Birmingham 1910.  Decorated with a stylized Art Nouveau repeating flower stamen and leaf pattern circling the entire cup.  Made by the silversmith E.S. Barnsley & Co. (Edward Souter Barnsley) of Frederick Street, Birmingham.  Further marked on the bottom “RYRIE BROS LTD”, indicating that it was  made for retail by Ryrie Brothers of Toronto, Canada.

The cup is without any presentation engravings.
