Victorian Coin Silver Christening Cup Dated 1865

Product Details

Victorian Coin Silver Christening cup, made in the early 1860s.  The cup is of a substantial size and weight, beautifully engraved with flowers and leaves super-imposed on horizontal banding, with the original gilded interior.  The cup is identified only with the word COIN and 3 on the bottom and otherwise unmarked.  Possibly made by Gorham as the quality of workmanship is very fine.
