English Art Deco Sterling Silver Box Dated 1926

English Art Deco sterling silver box with cedar lining.  Suitable for a desk or dressing table, for him or her.  Fully hallmarked for London 1926, silversmith T.F & Co.

The engine turned engraved cover nicely frames a small panel with the original owner’s monogram “C.M.H”.

The box shows minor wear, consistent with age and use.

4 1/4” (10.8cm) by 3 1/2” (8.9cm), 1 7/8” (4.7cm) high.  The cover is slightly domed.
