English Art Deco Sterling Silver Box Dated 1931

Product Details

English Art Deco sterling silver box with cedar lining.  An ideal box for a dressing table, desk or coffee table.  Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1931, from the silversmiths Arthur & John Zimmerman of Regent St., Birmingham.

The engine turned engraved cover is in beautiful condition, nicely framing a roundel with an engraved “FGP“ in script and 1940.

4 3/8” (11.1cm) by 3 3/8” (8.6cm), 1 7/8” (4.7cm) high.  The cover is slightly domed.
