English Sterling Silver Box Dated 1972

Product Details

English sterling silver box with cedar lining.  Suitable for a desk or dressing table, for him or her.  Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1972 from the silversmith firm of the Harman Brothers of Spencer Street, Birmingham.

The engine turned engraving on the cover nicely frames a blank space suitable for a monogram or presentation engraving.  

The box shows very minor wear, consistent with age and use.

4 1/2” (11.5cm) by 3 3/8” (8.6cm), 1 1/2” (3.8cm).  The top is slightly domed.
