English Sterling Silver Box With Cedar Lined Interior, circa 1901

Product Details

English sterling silver box with cedar lined interior.  Fully hallmarked for London 1901, from the silversmiths Hewson & Williams.  

The slightly domed cover is crested with a rampant gryphon and the interior of the cover has the original gold wash in very good condition.

An excellent gift idea for a desk or dresser!

6 3/4” (17.2cm) by 3 3/4” (9.5cm), 2 3/4” (7cm) high.
