English sterling silver brides basket, hallmarked London 1926, from the silversmith Josiah Williams & Co. (David Landsborough Fullerton) of Augustine Parade, Bristol, England, in business circa 1915-33.  Made for the retailer Ryrie Brothers of Toronto, Canada.

The basket has an undulating and reticulated rim and a pierced pedestal foot.  The pierced and scrolled hinged handle has a blank cartouche at the very top / center that could be personalized with a monogram.

6” (15.3cm) high, 11 3/4” (30cm) high to the top of the handle, 5 1/2” (14cm) diameter.
