Edwardian era, Georgian inspired Shell & Gadroon sterling silver grape scissors, hallmarked Sheffield 1905.  The pattern is double-struck, meaning that the handles show the same amount of detail on the front and reverse.  From the workshop of silversmiths Harrison Brothers & Howson (George Howson) of Norfolk and Carver Streets, Sheffield.

This pair of grape scissors are in beautiful condition and they have a substantial weight, making them very satisfying to hold.
