Edwardian Tiffany & Co. sterling silver pedestal dish. The reticulated border is  engraved to emulate a vine border, with a simple stepped rim.  The hollowware pattern registration “16971A”  dates the design to 1907 and the number 9408 is the Tiffany order number.  The stylized “M” indicates that the pedestal dish was made during the directorship of John c. Moore, 1907-47.

The dish is engraved “GE” in an interwoven Art Nouveau style.
