Tiffany & Co. sterling silver spoons, “Oriental” pattern, made circa 1855-1860.  

The spoons are all marked:

J.P. Patent 1855 Tiffany & Co. Sterling

J.P. is the trademark for John Polhamus of New York who produced flatware for Tiffany circa 1850-69.  Tiffany did not start producing their own flatware until about 1870.

With the original monogram L.S.W. in Old English font.

Four each of the place setting teaspoons, 6” (15.2cm) long and

Four each of the 5 o’clock teaspoons, 4 3/4” (12cm) long.
