Asprey Cold Painted Fish Place Card Holders

Cold painted place card holders, made by Asprey of London, circa 1950s.  The place card holders are painted to emulate speckled brown trout of the UK (comparable in look to speckled trout of North America).  The set of four are realistically modelled to represent jumping fish.  Presented in the original box; wear consistent with age and use.

The fish are 2 3/8” (6cm) long, 1 1/8” (3cm) high.

The box is 6 3/4” (17.2cm) by 5” (12.7cm), 2” (5.1cm).
