Victorian silver plate meat dome with well and tree platter, English, circa 1880-1900.

The large dome is decorated with multiple engraved classical motifs, including acanthus leaves and a prominent Greek key border.  There is a blank central roundel that is suitable for a presentation engraving.

The well and tree platter is in good condition and does not show signs of heavy use.

The dome is 20” (50.8cm) by 15” (38.1cm), 12” (30.5cm) high.

The platter is 20 1/2” (52.1cm’ by 16 1/2” (41.9cm), 2” (5cm) high.
