English sterling silver sauce boat, in the Georgian fashion, hallmarked for Birmingham 1900. The silversmith is Thomas Hayes of Spencer Street, Birmingham, England.

The low body is raised on three stylized shell and hoof feet, with an applied gadroon border and scroll handle.
