Georg Jensen Rope/Perle Sterling Silver Serving Pieces

Georg Jensen sterling silver “Rope” pattern serving pieces, “Perle” in Danish.

The pattern was designed by Georg Jensen circa 1916.

Earlier Jensen silver production was predominantly in the 830 Fine Silver standard, adopting the sterling standard in 1927.  

Left to right:

1.  Pastry server, 8” (20.3cm) long, sterling silver, circa 1927-30.  $695.

2.  Jam spoon, 5” (12.7cm) long, sterling silver, circa 1933-44.  $225.

3.  Fish serving fork, 10” (25.4cm) long, 830 Fine Silver, dated 1924.  $1295.
