Victorian era silver plate and cut glass 5 bottle cruet, on a rotating frame.  The frame is designed in the Aesthetic Movement, popular in North America in the 1880s and 90s.  

The frame is 14 3/4” (37.5cm) high, 7 1/2” (19cm) diameter.

The tallest cruet bottle is 8 1/4” (21cm) high.
