Trademarked PA & S EP, for Philip Ashberry & Sons Electro-Plate of Sheffield, England. The box lid is separated from the base, wear consistent with age and use.

The fork is 7” (17.8cm) long.

The box is 9” (22.8cm) by 4 3/4” (12.1cm), 1 1/4” (3.2cm) high.
