Victorian Silver Plate Card Tray

Product Details

Victorian silver plate card tray.  The tray has a square flat tray base, raised on four pierced trellis form feet with four demilune sides portraying three dimensional friezes of putti and birds gathering flowers.  The overall shape is of a quatrefoil.  

Made by Middletown Plate Co. of Middletown CT, circa 1890.

7” (17.8cm) overall diameter, 3” (7.6cm) high.

The flat base is 4 1/4” (10.8cm) square.
