Antique blue and white transfer ware platter, unmarked, made in England circa 1840.  The platter depicts village life with fisherman, nets and a river in the foreground and architecture of multiple styles in the background, with a multi-motif rim.  

The platter is in good condition with minor wear consistent with age and use.
