Product Description
English silver plate domed top breakfast dish, circa 1900. The breakfast dish / server is made in the style of late Georgian silver from the 1820s with beaded rims and stylized shell handles, from the silversmithing firm of Atkin Brothers of Sheffield, England. The unique shape features a double swivel domed top, allowing the server to open from either side. The internal tray indicates that hot water can be kept below to keep food warm. The serving dish is in very good condition. 12” (30.5cm) by 8 1/4” (21cm), 6 1/2” (16.5cm) high.
