Product Description

Antique English sterling silver box with cedar lining.  Suitable for a desk or dressing table.  Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1919, silversmith R.N in an oval.  The box is  beautifully hand engraved on the domed cover with the original owner’s monogram in script, possibly “CPPS”.

The box shows minor wear, consistent with age and use.

4 1/2” (11.4cm) by 3 3/4” (9.5cm), 2 1/4” (5.7cm) high.  The cover is domed.
