Victorian sterling silver pedestal rose bowl / presentation bowl. English hallmarked for Sheffield 1899, from the prolific workshops of the Atkin Brothers who were a multi-generation silversmithing family from Sheffield, in business 1853-1958. The bowl is chased with flowers and scrolls; alternating with four panels of raised flowers and four blank heart shaped cartouches suitable for a presentation monogram. The original gold washed interior is intact. 11 1/4” (28.5cm)diameter, 7” (17.8cm) high. 971.1 grams.
