Product Description

Vintage sterling silver tea caddy spoon, English hallmarks for Sheffield 1971.  From the silversmith firm of Francis Howard Ltd. of Aberdeen Works, Trafalgar Street, Sheffield, England, in business since 1878.

The tea caddy spoon has a shell shaped bowl and shell motif thumb grip for the handle, very much in the style  of tea caddy spoons from the era of George IV, circa 1820-30.

3 1/8” (8cm) long, 1 1/2” (3.8cm) wide.
