French Empire style ivory porcelain cabinet urns, late 19th century.  The body and pedestal base of the urns are glazed whereas the angels are matte finished.  The portraits are beautifully hand painted, with gilding throughout.  

The urn on the right bears a British Antique Dealers Association sticker.

One of the urns has been restored.  Wear consistent with age and use.

8 1/2” (21.6cm) high, 7” (17.8cm) across the handles.
