George III sterling silver cream jug, English hallmarks for London 1782.  The silversmith is Benjamin Mountigue, also known as Benjamin Mordecai, whose work dates circa 1770-1791.  The cream jug is decorated with a basket of fruit on one side and a basket of flowers on the reverse.
