Product Description

American sterling silver bud vase, circa 1920.  Made by Gorham Manufacturing Company for retail by J.E. Caldwell & Co. of Philadelphia, PA.

The neoclassical urn shaped vase is elaborately ornamented top to bottom.  A central oval cartouche is monogrammed on one side, possibly “AAS”.  The cartouche is blank on the reverse side,

7 1/4” (18.5cm) high, 2 3/4” (7cm) diameter at the widest.
