Antique Micro Mosaic & Bevelled Glass Jewel Box

Product Details

Victorian hexagonal jewel box, beautifully ornamented with a three dimensional micro mosaic top showcasing daisies against a brick red background.

The frame is a bronze patina metal, with bevelled glass sides.  The interior bottom has the original tufted satin.  Unmarked, made Italy, circa 1880-1900.

There are minor chips to the bevelled glass; wear consistent with age and use.

2 1/2” (6.4cm) high, 3” (7.6cm) diameter.
