White & Gold Harlequin Pattern Italian Ceramic Box

Product Details

Italian ceramic box, gilded with a repeating elongated diamond pattern, reminiscent of a Harlequin pattern.  The frame of the box and hinged cover is gilt metal.

Made in Italy, mid 20th century.  There is minor wear to the gilding; wear consistent with age and use.  

5” (12.7cm) by 3 1/2” (8.9cm), 4” (10.2cm) high.
