A beautiful antique, circa 1890, 18kt yellow and white open work mill grain brooch that can also be worn as pendant. It features 1 cushion modified mixed cut medium dark greenish blue natural sapphire, est. 2.72ct and 40 rose cut diamonds, est. 0.64ct (SI-I1 clarity & I-J colour). It is approx 1 3/8 inches (3.49cm) X 1 1/4 inches (3.18cm) and weighs 12.78 grams. The concealed hinged bail allow it to be worn as a pendant.  The chain shown on the model in the attached photo is sold separately.
