A beautiful vintage horseshoe synthetic blue sapphire locket made in 14kt. yellow gold. The locket is set with 18 channel set, round faceted cut synthetic blue sapphires measuring 4.0mm - 4.2mm. Clarity: LI, Colour: Deep Intense Blue. The locket opens in the middle to reveal a triple heart shaped frame for photos. The approximate weight of the locket is 28.7gm. It measures approx 2 inches (5.08cm) long (including the bail) X 1.5 inches (3.81cm) widest.
