A beautiful vintage Vacheron Constantin stem wind open face pocket watch made in 18kt. yellow gold. The 45.0mm. pocket watch has a silver satin dial with Arabic numerals. It has a subsidiary second hand dial at o'clock. There is a slight chip on the crystal on the edge by 8 o'clock. The dial has some minor staining along the edges.
