Vintage Sapphire and Diamond Ring

A wonderful vintage 14kt yellow gold with a silver top that sits on a raised gallery and features 2 round faceted cut dark blue sapphires, est. 0.66ct; 5 round brilliant and 2 old European cut diamonds, est. 0.30ct (SI-I clarity & H-I-J colour) and 4 round brilliant cut diamonds, est. 0.24ct (I1 clarity & I-J colour). It is currently size 7.5 (7 1/2) slightly tight and weighs 5.8 grams. The ring is approx 0.75 (3/4) inch (1.91cm) long and 0.50 (1/2) inch (1.27cm) widest and exhibits wear, the sapphires have worn edges and 4 diamonds are chipped.
