A beautiful vintage 10kt. yellow gold heart pendant with a hinged bail that allows it to be used as a necklace enhancer.

It features 1 heart faceted cut medium purple amethyst, approximately 5.12ct. and 3 round brilliant cut diamonds, est. 0.02cts. (SI1 clarity & I - J colour).

It is approximately 1 inch (2.54cm) long x 0.75 (3/4) inch (1.91cm) widest and weighs 5.1 grams.
