Vintage Scaasi heart shaped brooch, brightly jewelled with faux gemstones emulating pink tourmalines, turquoise and diamond on gold.

Scaasi was a Montreal born, French trained, American fashion designer born Arnold Isaacs (1930-2015).  He also designed exuberant costume jewellery circa 1958-65.
