What a fabulous vintage 14 - 18kt. yellow gold Baume & Mercier manual wind wristwatch.

The watch has a yellow rectangular dial with baton numerals.

The blue sapphire crystal crown is located at 6 o'clock.

The case is 18kt. yellow gold and the serial number is 398913 38194.  

The manual wind movement is of 17 jewels and the lenghth of the watch is 7".
