Jugendstil 800 Fine Silver case, Germany, circa 1910.  The maker’s mark WTB is that of Wilhelm T. Binder, established in 1868 in Schwabisch Gmund, in the german state of Baden-Wurttemberg.

The original gold washed interior is bright and the wreath framed round panels would be an excellent place for a presentation engraving.
