Mid-century mixed metal box (brass and copper) with inlaid stones.  The cover has a stylized Jaguar * in a field of green and blue stones.

Purchased in Mexico in the late 1950s.

8 1/4” (21cm) by 5 3/4” (14.6cm), 1 3/4” (4.5cm) high.
