Product Description

Moore & Co. (unsigned) cherub and basket, hand painted, English, late 19th century.  The cherub is partially draped with ribbons and is hauling a large basket decorated with a raised multi-coloured flowering vine.

There is a small hairline crack in the basket and minor loss to the flower petals and leaves; wear consistent with age and use.

7” (17.8cm) high, 5” (12.7cm) by 3 1/2” (8.9cm) at the oval base.
