Japanese Imari chargers, made for export from Japan to the west in the 19th century, unusual to find in pairs.

The chargers are decorated in under glaze blue, red/rust, peach and green, depicting stylized flowers in repeating panels around a central floral motif on a ribbed body.

The chargers are in good condition.

12 1/2” (31.7cm) diameter, 2 1/4” (5.7cm) depth.
