Product Description

Pino Signoretto (1944-2017) hand blown glass vase, Murano, Italy.  Signoretto was a master glass blower who first worked at a glass house making chandeliers at the age of 10.  He went on to apprentice with Livio Seguso and Alfredo Barbini, opening his own glass studio in 1978 in Murano.  He also did collaborative art work with Dale Chihuly and Jeff Koons, amongst others.

This unique composition in glass is in the form of a tubular purple vase supported by sea foam green waves.  Signed at the base.

15 1/4” (38.7cm) high, 5 1/2” (14cm) diameter.
