Stieff sterling silver repousse salt and pepper shakers, in the “Rose” pattern, often referred to as “Baltimore Rose”.  

From the Stieff company founded in 1892 in Baltimore, Maryland.  Both shakers are stamped Stieff Sterling 12A.

This pair of shakers was awarded as a prize in 1932.
