Victorian tea set, hand painted with forget-me-not style flowers.  English, circa 1830-40. Fresh country charm!

The set has a teapot, cream jug, covered sugar, cake plate and 4 teacups & 3 saucers. One saucer has an internal crack, wear consistent with age and use.
